COVID-19 RESPONSE: DRIVE-UP FOOD GIVEAWAY, SATURDAY, MAY 23

Join us for a community-wide drive-up food giveaway!

On Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 12 noon, we will be hosting the Upper Pinellas County Ministerial Alliance for a Drive-Up Revival and Food Give-Away in our parking lot.


Come and be fed spiritually and physically, and be encouraged through prayer, praise, and powerful words of inspiration.

About Us

How did we come about?

The Clearwater MLK Jr Neighborhood Center Coalition is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the residents of our community with creative solutions to problems, which will include direct program services, seminars, and counseling to help overcome barriers, improve the quality of life, and enhance our residents' ability to be self-sufficient.  


The Clearwater Martin Luther King, Jr. Neighborhood Center Coalition worked for two years to ensure that the Center's legacy would not be lost and on the 29th of November 2012, the Pinellas County School Board issued the lease and keys for the building to the coalition.  On January 17, 2015, the community celebrated the Grand Reopening of the Center with over 300 of our friends, neighbors and elected representatives. 


Currently, we are observing Pinellas County's mandatory Stay at Home Orders in light of health concerns related to COVID-19. We look forward to resuming activities. Please sign-up to be kept up to date with activities soon. 


At that time we will once again be seeking individuals who are interested in offering their time as volunteers at the community center!  As soon as is possible we look forward to welcoming you to join our development meetings, held on alternate Tuesday evenings at the Neighborhood Center.
